About this scholarship
The Eugene McDermott Scholars Program at UT Dallas is a four-year full-ride merit scholarship for domestic and international first-time freshmen in all majors, valued at roughly $180,000 for Texas residents. The award covers UT Dallas tuition and mandatory fees, housing stipends, a COMET UNLIMITED meal plan, up to $15,000 for study abroad and engagement, cohort travel, and membership in Collegium V Honors. Scholars commit to year-round program participation including a first-year seminar, summer of service, and leadership requirements.
