About this scholarship

The Endicott Peabody Saltonstall Prize, established in 1926 by friends in memory of Endicott Peabody Saltonstall, A.B. 1894, LL.B. 1897, is awarded to the Harvard College senior intending to enter Harvard Law School who is considered best fitted by intellect, character, and physique to be influenced by Saltonstall's example and in turn to influence others. There is no competition for this award; eligible students are considered without application. Recent winners have each received four thousand five hundred dollars.
