About this scholarship

Free virtual STEM competition for U.S. students in grades 6–9, administered by NSTA. Teams of two to four plus an adult advisor choose a community problem and complete a scientific investigation or engineering design, submitting a Mission Folder online. Virtual judges select state, regional, and national winners; national winners receive U.S. EE Savings Bonds worth up to $6,000 at maturity per student. Teams register and apply directly at ecybermission.com each fall.
