About this scholarship
The Dwight D. Eisenhower/Conrad N. Hilton Scholarship helps Gettysburg College students fund global study by supporting those with a strong international orientation, extracurricular commitment to bettering the world, and career interests connected to cross-cultural exchange. Each cycle the Center for Global Education and Eisenhower Institute award three two-thousand-dollar scholarships to enrolled students planning global study; preferred applicants have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and may come from any academic discipline. Global study applicants receive an email invitation to apply in early April with two weeks to submit a transcript, resume, and essay of up to one thousand words. Awards are merit-based and may adjust a student's overall financial aid package if other institutional aid is present.
