Annual scholarship for one undergraduate in the fraternity or sorority system who is pursuing a degree in the social sciences division of The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences on ASU's Tempe campus. One award of approximately $3,200 is made each year. Kathleen Ybarra Duffy and Frank Ybarra, longtime ASU volunteers and alumni, fund the award to support engaged students in social sciences fields.
