About this scholarship
Established in 2010 by the Abare family and community supporters, this merit scholarship recognizes Bill and Susan Abare for forty years of association with Flagler College. It is awarded to rising juniors or seniors who demonstrate leadership in academics, athletics, or student organizations. Primary consideration is leadership and academic promise; financial need may also be considered. Continuing students apply online at my.flagler.edu during February each year with a deadline of March 1 at midnight. Full-time enrollment is required.
