About this scholarship

The David Yamada '99 Labor Relations Scholarship was established by alumnus David C. Yamada for a deserving graduate student with financial need in the Labor and Policy Studies Program at SUNY Empire State University. Yamada earned his master's degree from SUNY Empire State College in 1999 and is a professor of law and founding director of the New Workplace Institute at Suffolk University Law School.
