About this scholarship
The David Murphy and Virginia Bowar Scholarship supports UW-Platteville civil and environmental engineering students through an endowed fund created by retired MSA Professional Services president Dave Murphy and his wife Ginny Bowar. Both are UW-Platteville alumni who credit the university with launching careers in water quality and environmental engineering.
