Eligibility
About this scholarship
Students admitted to or enrolled in a Canadian technical or community college diploma program that contributes to asphalt paving technology may apply. Eligible fields include chemistry, chemical engineering, and civil or construction engineering; other programs are considered if the applicant clearly shows relevance to asphalt technology. Applicants with industry experience in asphalt are encouraged to apply.
One merit-based scholarship of $2,000 is paid directly to the recipient.
Submit the electronic application form, resume, transcripts, a personal statement of up to 500 words on how you will contribute to the asphalt industry, and two reference letters (one from a program advisor and one from a CTAA member or someone familiar with your academic or technical qualifications) by September 14.
