Full-time third-year Common Law JD students at the University of Ottawa who are Ontario residents with financial need, high academic achievement, and exceptional contribution to the Common Law Section. County of Carleton Law Association membership or involvement is preferred.
Two OTSS awards of minimum $1,000 (one English-program and one French-program recipient).
