About this scholarship
The Columns Scholarship is a tier of Fairmont State University's in-state Traditions Scholarship for first-time freshmen from West Virginia. Students with a cumulative high school GPA of 3.75 receive two thousand five hundred dollars annually toward tuition and fees for up to eight semesters. Fairmont State automatically evaluates admitted first-time freshmen based on their admissions application and high school transcript; no separate scholarship form or standardized test score is required.
