About this scholarship

The JMU College of Business Gold Scholars Endowment provides five ten-thousand-dollar scholarships annually to incoming first-year students with declared majors in designated College of Business programs. Established in celebration of the college's fiftieth anniversary, the endowment is funded by alumni, parents, faculty, staff, and organizational donors. Scholarships renew for three years while recipients remain in an eligible business major, maintain a cumulative 3.0 GPA, and stay in good academic standing. Selected candidates are invited to apply by the College of Business selection committee; no open application is available to all students at this time.
