About this scholarship

The Cleveland Scholars Program supports graduates of Cleveland Metropolitan School District, CMSD Partner Charters, or East Cleveland City Schools admitted as first-year students at Case Western Reserve University. It provides a four-year scholarship plus a paid, mentored research or internship experience so the full cost of attendance—tuition, housing, meals, fees, books, and personal expenses—is covered after federal, state, and other aid. Eligible students must have attended one of these schools for their final two years of high school, live in university housing for their first two years, and submit the FAFSA. Admission as a first-year student triggers automatic eligibility review.
