About this scholarship
The Class of 1939 Princeton Scholar Award is presented each year at Opening Exercises to the undergraduate who, at the end of junior year, has achieved the highest academic standing for all preceding college work at the University. It is among Princeton's most competitive university-wide academic honors. One student receives the award annually. Selection is automatic from cumulative academic records; no application is required.
