About this scholarship
The Clara Luper Scholarship is a competitive full-need award for first-time Oklahoma City University undergraduates matriculating directly from high school. After federal and state grants are applied, it covers remaining tuition up to the twelve-to-sixteen credit hour block, a university standard room, and Meal Plan B or D for up to four academic years. Recipients join the President's Leadership Class and must maintain a 3.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need via FAFSA, and complete all application steps by December 15. Preference is given to Oklahoma residents.
