About this scholarship
Recruitment scholarship for incoming freshmen admitted to The University of Akron as Information Systems majors in the College of Business. Awards range from $1,000 to $2,000 per year based on academic merit. Eligible students need at least a 3.0 high school GPA and minimum ACT 22 or SAT 1010. Recipients are selected by the CITA Scholarship Committee. Applicants complete the CITA Scholarships Application for Incoming Students. Scholarship recipients are expected to participate in CITA mentoring and related program activities during the award year.
