National scholarship for Canadian citizens or permanent residents studying event management, event design, or related hospitality fields at recognized post-secondary institutions. Administered by the Canadian Hospitality Foundation, applicants use the CHF secure portal to upload a résumé, transcript, references, and scored application responses. Selection weighs work experience, leadership, extracurricular industry participation, academic performance, and professional promise. Previous CHF scholarship winners cannot reapply. Essay written for youCanadian First Nation, Métis, or Inuit members returning to post-secondary after one or more years away, or who completed one full year since returning, may receive a one-time $2,000 grant. Prior recipients are ineligible. Application opens May 1 and requires an essay, transcripts, and community membership proof.
