About this scholarship
The Charlotte W. Newcombe Scholarship for Mature Students at Morgan State University supports students age twenty-five or older pursuing their first bachelor's degree who have completed at least half the requirements toward their intended degree. Recipients may enroll full time or part time, must maintain a GPA of 2.50 or higher, and must demonstrate financial need. Morgan's Center for Continuing and Professional Studies administers the program with foundation funding. Interested students complete the CCPS scholarship interest form to request an application.
