About this scholarship
CMU's most comprehensive competitive freshman scholarship covering tuition and fees up to 33 credits per year, standard housing and food, a $250 book allowance per semester, and $5,000 for study away. High school seniors with a minimum 3.7 GPA apply through the applicant portal after submitting an admission application; the deadline is early November. Renewable for three additional years when Honors Program renewal criteria are met, including full-time enrollment, on-campus residency in years one and two, and required credit completion.
