About this scholarship
Bridge program for Philadelphia public or charter high school seniors who live in eight designated North Philadelphia ZIP codes surrounding Main Campus. Up to fifty seniors take a free dual-enrollment Temple course; twenty to twenty-five are selected as Cecil B. Moore Scholars with scholarships covering at least base tuition for four years plus summer bridge programming and advising through Heights Philadelphia. Apply via Common Application Early Action by November 1, confirm dual-enrollment interest, submit FAFSA, and complete program materials by March 1. Scholars are notified by April 1.
