About this scholarship
The Bristol/Mayberry Endowed Award at UTEP honors Dr. Jack Bristol and Dr. Lillian Mayberry by supporting an outstanding undergraduate majoring in biology, microbiology, or environmental science with a biology concentration who has completed at least sixty undergraduate credit hours. The award is usually $1,400 per year and may be used for any aspect of the recipient's education. Students apply by completing the online application and returning it with a transcript and letters of recommendation to the Chair of Biological Sciences in BioSci Room 2.120. Selection is made by the department from eligible applicants each award cycle.
