About this scholarship
The Bill and Diana Munsell Endowed Scholarship honors LSSU's first financial aid director Bill Munsell and his wife Diana, a longtime Sault Area High School mathematics teacher. Successful candidates must be graduates of any public high school in Chippewa, Mackinac, or Luce counties in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Selection is based on academic excellence. Students apply through Scholarship Universe during the open application period. This regional endowed award supports academically strong students from the eastern Upper Peninsula attending Lake Superior State University.
