About this scholarship
The Biella Foundation Scholarship at Shoreline Community College is funded through grants from the Biella Foundation, established by Mart Bert in 1988 to support learning at all thirty-four Washington State community colleges through student scholarships and emergency aid. Mart Bert believed strongly in education and supporting young people to lead good lives. Shoreline students apply through the Foundation's annual AwardSpring application during January through March for the following academic year. Recipients must maintain at least a 2.0 GPA and remain enrolled at Shoreline to receive quarterly disbursements through Financial Aid.
