About this scholarship
The Bernard Osher Reentry Scholarship Program at Morgan State University supports high-achieving adult learners returning to complete a bachelor's degree after an educational gap of five or more years. Recipients must be enrolled part time or full time at Morgan, be between ages twenty-five and fifty, be U.S. citizens and Maryland residents, and maintain a GPA of 2.7 or higher. The program began in 2008 and is supported by a one-million-dollar endowment. Interested students complete the CCPS scholarship interest form to request an application.
