About this scholarship
The Barton B. Rinehart Fellowship at the University of Delaware recognizes graduate nursing students who demonstrate problem-solving ability in clinical settings to promote best practice and individualized patient care. Two fellowships of fifteen hundred dollars each are granted each fall; if only one eligible student applies, a single three thousand dollar award may be made. Applicants complete the School of Nursing scholarship application with a short essay and recent resume or CV, describing relevant clinical problem-solving under Areas of Interest. Applications are due August 1 annually for fall disbursement.
