About this scholarship
The Barbara Lee Anderson Nursing Education Scholarship was established by the family of Barbara Lee Anderson Freysinger to assist students in HACC's RN and LPN nursing programs. Eligible students must be enrolled full time or part time in an RN or LPN program at HACC, maintain at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA, and show unmet financial need on the FAFSA. Applicants log into AcademicWorks through myHACC, complete the general application and any supplemental nursing questions, and meet the May 1 spring-cycle deadline. Selected students accept offers through HAWKmail and submit thank-you letters.
