Barbara J. Brown Nursing Scholarship

North Carolina residents enrolled in or accepted to an accredited LPN, ADN, or BSN nursing program in North Carolina with at least a 2.5 GPA may apply for the Barbara J. Brown Memorial Nursing Scholarship from the Annie Catherine Pridgen Community Development Foundation.

One $1,000 award is given annually.

Submit three brief essay responses, proof of enrollment, a transcript dated within the last 90 days, and the scholarship agreement.

The award honors Barbara J. Brown, who served her community as a nurse for nearly sixty years.
