About this scholarship
Open annually to an Osgoode Hall Law School JD student in good academic standing with financial need. Preference goes to a student who has demonstrated a commitment to working in an underserved community.

Honours B. James Thomson, a lawyer, WWII Legal Officer with the Assistant Judge Advocate General's Branch, and founding member of Haines, Thomson & Rogers (later Thomson Rogers). He died in 1970 while arguing a case in the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
