Institutional scholarship consideration for transfer students entering Auburn University for summer or fall who are accepted by early February. Transfer applicants complete the AUSOM scholarship application by the February 16 priority date alongside the FAFSA when seeking need-based awards. Scholarships are awarded competitively using transfer GPA, major, residency, and financial need. Most awards range from $1,500 to $2,000 for one year. Alabama residents and students with high unmet need receive preference. Award notifications are emailed in mid-May to recipients' Auburn accounts.
