About this scholarship
Competitive scholarships for Colorado Mesa University students in the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences who maintain at least a 3.0 GPA and interview with the Aspinall Foundation Board. For the 2026-2027 academic year the board awards one $10,000 scholarship, one $9,000 scholarship, and three $7,000 scholarships. Aspinall awards are separate from the CMU Foundation general scholarship application; students must submit the dedicated Aspinall application by March 2. Recipients are selected after interviews and must meet department academic standards. Funds apply toward educational costs at CMU for continuing social and behavioral sciences majors.
