Merit-based Army Reserve Officers' Training Corps scholarships for high school seniors applying for four-year awards, current students seeking two- or three-year scholarships, and graduate students competing for two-year awards. Scholarships cover full tuition and mandatory fees plus textbook support each semester and a monthly subsistence allowance while on scholarship status.
