About this scholarship
Army ROTC National Scholarships at Widener cover up to full tuition and mandatory fees plus $1,200 per year for books and a $420 monthly tax-free stipend for high-achieving students who contract as ROTC cadets. Four-, three-, and two-year scholarships are awarded on merit without a financial-need test. High school applicants apply online by February 4 of their senior year; minimum qualifications include SAT 920 or ACT 19, U.S. citizenship, and age 17 or older by October 1 of the college entry year.
