About this scholarship
Denison Alumni Awards are merit scholarships funded by loyal alumni and friends to recognize superior academic achievement among admitted undergraduates. All students are automatically considered when they submit a complete application for admission by the deadline for their chosen admission round, with no separate scholarship application required. Awards are announced at admission, renewable for four years when recipients maintain at least a 2.0 GPA unless a donor agreement specifies otherwise, and may range from five thousand dollars up to full tuition as part of Denison's broader merit portfolio. Recipients are encouraged to thank donor alumni who make the awards possible.
