About this scholarship
The Alice Hamilton Scholarship is a competitive full-tuition award for high-achieving Taylor University applicants. Students with a 3.70 GPA and ACT 32, SAT 1430, or CLT 98 may be invited to interview on Scholars Day in November for this scholarship honoring Taylor alumna Alice Hamilton, the first female Harvard Medical School professor. Applicants must apply for admission and be accepted by November 1 to receive a Scholars Day invitation. The award covers 100 percent of tuition and honors Hamilton's legacy in medicine, toxicology, and worker advocacy after studying at Taylor's predecessor institution in 1890.
