About this scholarship
The Albert Engineering Leadership Scholars Program supports incoming first-year students admitted to a baccalaureate engineering program at UNC Charlotte who demonstrate academic excellence, ethical leadership, and community service. The four-year package includes an annual merit award covering tuition, fees, room, and board (approximately $22,000 per year), membership in the University Honors Program, a $6,000 summer internship stipend, a $2,500 study abroad stipend, and Engineering Leadership Academy participation. Applicants complete the Honors College application by December 1, including honors essays and two academic letters of recommendation.
