About this scholarship

The Alaska Adventure Award supports nonresident students admitted to a UAF baccalaureate program who are not receiving the Western Undergraduate Exchange tuition rate. UAF automatically considers admitted students based on high school or transfer GPA with no separate scholarship application. Awards range from $500 to $3,000 per year depending on GPA tier and may continue for up to four years. Recipients must enroll full time, maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress, and use the scholarship toward tuition, fees, housing, meal plans, or other charges on the UAF student account.
