General university merit scholarship package for incoming non-South Carolina resident freshmen at USC Columbia who apply by December 1. Packages include an Academic Scholar Award plus an additional USC Scholarship of at least $500, ranging from $6,500 to $30,000 annually depending on applicant pool competitiveness. Four-year values range from $26,000 to $120,000. Eligibility varies by class; prior-year averages are not minimum guarantees. Cannot combine with other general university awards except Provost Scholars.
