About this scholarship
The Academic Bridge Scholarship at Dordt University supports students who lose their Trustees, Presidential, Honors, or Collegiate academic scholarship because their cumulative GPA fell below the required minimum. Rather than losing aid entirely, recipients receive half of their original academic scholarship amount while they work to regain eligibility. At the end of each academic year, cumulative GPAs are reviewed; students who rise above the minimum requirements for their original tier have the full award reinstated. This bridge award helps full-time undergraduates stay enrolled while recovering academically at Dordt.
