About this scholarship
The 1863 Landmark Award is a general university merit scholarship for incoming Kansas resident freshmen at K-State Manhattan, Salina, or Olathe who have a best cumulative high school GPA between 3.25 and 3.49 across all ACT and SAT tiers on the in-state grid. Students are considered automatically when they apply for admission by the priority date; no separate scholarship application is required. Only one general university scholarship may be earned. The award is renewable for up to three additional years when recipients maintain a minimum 3.0 K-State cumulative GPA, enroll full-time each fall and spring semester, and complete at least 24 K-State credit hours per academic year.
