Scholarships at Trinity International University

The Church Match Grant at Trinity International University matches qualifying church donations toward a student's tuition and fees each academic year. Undergraduate students may receive up to $500 per semester from any church, while master's and PhD students may receive up to $500 per semester from any church, up to $1,000 per semester from an EFCA church, or up to $2,000 per academic year from a Trinity alum's church. The church must submit a signed Church Match Grant form and check payable to Trinity International University by the last day of the enrollment semester. Trinity's match combined with other Trinity scholarships cannot exceed tuition and fees. Multiple churches may support one student up to applicable limits.

New students enrolling in eligible Trinity Evangelical Divinity School master's programs, including MDiv, MA Theological Studies, MA Mental Health Counseling, and MA Bioethics, receive the Faithful Future tuition grant. The award is a 10% tuition reduction, renewable for the full course of study. It may be combined with one other TEDS scholarship. Apply and gain admission to a qualifying MA program, then submit the Faithful Future Scholarship application through the TEDS website.

Trinity International University's Presidential Scholars Weekend lets honors-quality prospective undergraduates compete virtually for enhanced academic scholarships. The top prize is one four-year full-tuition-and-fees scholarship; additional prizes include a $106,000 award paid at $26,500 per year for four years and a $2,000 increase stacked on a student's prior scholarship package. Students register for the event, must be approved to attend, and complete asynchronous competitive elements while engaging with campus leaders. Registration does not guarantee admission to compete; only twenty-eight students are selected when registration fills.
