Visual Art Scholarships at Roberts Wesleyan University support talented incoming studio art and visual art education majors who submit a portfolio for faculty review. Applicants email a Google Slides portfolio of 10 to 15 works with titles, media, dimensions, and creation dates to the visual arts department, with priority review before March 1. Awards range from $2,000 to $6,000 annually based on portfolio rigor and quality, including one $6,000 award, two $5,000 awards, six $3,000 awards, and three $2,000 awards. Scholarships renew while recipients remain art majors with at least a B average in art courses.

The B.T. Roberts Scholarship is Roberts Wesleyan University's most competitive full-tuition award for incoming first-year students. Three recipients are selected each year after attending the Academic Scholarship Celebration, where finalists participate in a group discussion, submit an essay, and are evaluated on high school academic performance. Applicants must apply by the early action deadline and attend the celebration to remain eligible. The award covers full tuition reduced by other Roberts, federal, or state aid, and recipients are notified within three weeks of the event. Renewal requires maintaining a 2.0 cumulative GPA and reflecting the character Roberts values.

Roberts Wesleyan University awards two Full-Tuition Music Scholarships each year, one to an outstanding vocalist and one to an outstanding instrumentalist, among first-year students majoring in music who audition on scheduled in-person or virtual audition days. Winners are notified before March 17 and must deposit before March 31 to secure the award. The scholarship is part of the overall financial aid package and requires FAFSA submission to receive the complete award letter.
