Scholarships at Mount Mary University

The Grace Scholars Program awards twenty scholarships each year to first-time, full-time undergraduate women from Milwaukee or West Milwaukee who demonstrate financial need and leadership potential. Scholars receive funding that covers eighty-five to ninety-five percent of tuition annually for four years, plus six thousand dollars per year toward food and housing, peer mentoring, a cohort course, and a six-week Summer Bridge Program before the first semester. Eligible applicants must be Pell Grant eligible, file the FAFSA, be under twenty-one, and have a high school GPA at or below 3.499. Contact an admission counselor to confirm eligibility, then apply by January 20, 2026, and complete a finalist interview in February.

The Caroline Scholars Program is a highly selective four-year scholarship for six incoming first-year, full-time undergraduate women committed to social justice, academic excellence, and community service. Selected scholars receive full tuition, a standard residence hall room with meal plan, and a learning community experience including a two-credit leadership seminar each semester and three hundred hours of academic service learning annually. Applicants must be accepted to Mount Mary, hold an unweighted high school GPA of at least 3.5, and complete a separate application with essay, activity resume, two recommendations, and an on-campus interview if selected as a finalist. The application deadline is January 20, 2026.

The Douglas J. Mickelson Graduate Student Scholarship supports one incoming or current Mount Mary graduate or post-master's certification student with a strong academic record each year. Incoming applicants need a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.3 or graduate GPA of 3.5; continuing graduate students must maintain at least a 3.5 graduate GPA. Apply with a letter explaining how the scholarship will impact your graduate studies and one letter of support from a professor or supervisor using Mount Mary's graduate letter-of-support form. Submit materials by mail to the Office for Graduate Admissions by June 1, 2026, for the 2026-2027 academic year.
