Scholarships at University of Cincinnati

Merit scholarship for UC Blue Ash or UC Clermont associate degree graduates transitioning immediately to an on-campus Clifton baccalaureate program. Selected students receive $1,250 per semester for up to four semesters ($2,500 per academic year maximum) while pursuing their first bachelor's degree. Applicants need a minimum 3.0 cumulative UC GPA, full-time enrollment in an eligible on-campus program, and must apply in Scholarship Universe during the associate graduation term. Co-op terms are ineligible. Maintain a 3.0 GPA and earn twelve credit hours each funded semester for renewal without reapplying.

Comprehensive scholarship program honoring Darwin T. Turner, the youngest UC graduate, for incoming freshmen with high academic potential from designated Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky counties. The award covers eight semesters of in-state tuition plus student fees. Eligible students need a 3.0 unweighted or 3.2 weighted high school GPA, admission to a baccalaureate program, and a complete Common Application by November 1; invited candidates submit essays and a recommendation. Scholars maintain a 3.0 GPA, complete thirty community service hours, attend program seminars, and sign in weekly at the Turner Scholars office.

Scholarship for incoming UC first-year students who permanently reside in a participating UC Alumni Association national alumni network region. The complete admission application including transcript and test scores received by December 1 serves as the application; eligible students are invited to submit next steps for award consideration. Awards recognize academic achievement, service, and leadership. Renewal for select recipients is supported through the Darlene H. Carter UCAA Scholarship Fund.
