Zhan Jianbin and Family Forestry Scholarship

Chinese-national students in the UBC Faculty of Forestry with demonstrated academic excellence may receive this scholarship.

The award is $1,700, endowed by Mr. Zhan Jianbin and his family. Preference goes first to undergraduate students from Fujian Province. If none are eligible, graduate students from Fujian Province are considered, followed by Chinese nationals from other provinces.

Recipients are selected on faculty recommendation. For graduate students, the Faculty consults with Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies.
