About this scholarship
Undergraduate students in the Individualized Study major who have advanced beyond freshman year may apply. Applicants need a GPA above 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, a career interest in some form of education, and demonstrated leadership and service to a community.
A merit scholarship supports students who combine academic achievement with a commitment to teaching and community service.
The endowment was established in 2015 by family and friends in memory of Zainab Damji, who championed education and service throughout her life.
