Yow Kam-Yuen Graduate Scholarship in Diabetes Research

Full-time University of Toronto master's or doctoral students in the Temerty Faculty of Medicine or the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation who are conducting diabetes research under a BBDC-registered faculty supervisor may apply for the Yow Kam-Yuen Graduate Scholarship in Diabetes Research. Applicants must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or protected persons, Ontario residents, and able to demonstrate financial need.

The stipend is normally $16,000 for three sessions or $10,667 for two sessions. Submit one ProposalCentral application by April 7, 2026 to be considered for all BBDC graduate studentships.
