York University Awards of Achievement

Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or protected persons who are Ontario residents applying from secondary school to a direct-entry York University undergraduate program with an admission average of 85% or higher, school or community contributions, and demonstrated financial need may receive this award. It is $6,000 per year and renewable for up to three additional years if the student maintains a cumulative GPA of 6.00 (B), enrols in at least 18 credits each year, and continues to show financial need. Recipients are selected from applicants short-listed for the Governors' Awards of Distinction; no separate application.
