About this scholarship
Open to First Nations, Inuit, or Métis undergraduate students of Canada entering second year in the UBC Vancouver Faculty of Arts with outstanding academic achievement. Preference is given to students who demonstrate community involvement.
Three awards of $5,000 each are offered annually through a gift from the Y.P. Heung Foundation. Awards are made on the recommendation of the Faculty of Arts. There is no separate student application.
