Y.P. Heung Foundation Award in Arts

Domestic undergraduate students entering their second year in the Faculty of Arts at UBC Vancouver with outstanding academic achievement are eligible. Preference is given to students who demonstrate community involvement.

Six awards of $5,000 each are offered annually through a gift from the Y.P. Heung Foundation.

Students apply through the Faculty of Arts with a reference letter, and recipients are selected on the recommendation of the Faculty of Arts.

The Y.P. Heung Foundation was founded in 2012 and supports charitable activities in arts and culture, education, and health, with a focus on programs that benefit youth in British Columbia.
