About this scholarship
Transfer scholarship for incoming University of Baltimore undergraduates entering the College of Public Affairs with at least 60 earned credits and a 3.5 cumulative transfer GPA. The award covers 100 percent of in-state tuition and is renewable for four full-time semesters while the recipient maintains a 3.25 GPA. It cannot be combined with other UBalt institutional scholarships. Applicants must submit a separate application with a short essay, two letters of reference, and transcripts to the Office of Financial Aid.
